liberodesign is an independent design studio in Braga, working across Portugal and remotely, in English and Portuguese.
Our story
liberodesign started with a simple complaint we kept hearing from Braga business owners: agencies that hide their prices until the second call, or freelancers who disappear the moment the invoice is paid. Both left founders guessing — about cost, about scope, about whether anyone would still answer the phone if something broke.
We built the studio around the opposite promise. Every package we sell has its price on the page before you ever pick up the phone. Every project runs the same four-stage process, so you always know what’s happening next. And every site we build can come with a Care Plan, so "after launch" is a specified product, not a hope.
We work in English and Portuguese as two first versions, not one translated from the other — because our clients split roughly the same way: Braga and Norte founders who want a studio they can call in Portuguese, and English-speaking businesses in Portugal who need craft-level presentation without a language gap.

Why Braga
Why Braga
We're based in Braga because it's where the studio's clients actually are — small businesses and founders across the city and the wider Minho and Norte region, often already burned by a Lisbon agency that never quite understood the local market, or a freelancer who vanished after the invoice cleared. Being local means a phone call reaches someone who knows the city, not a call centre. It doesn't mean we only work locally — the same process runs by video call for clients anywhere in Portugal or the EU.
How we work together
EN first, PT first.
Every page is written twice, independently — not translated once and reused. If you're PT-first, that's the version we start with; if you're EN-first, we start there instead.
