Do I pay the full price today?
Depends on the item. Items under €1,000 are paid in full at checkout. Packages of €1,000 or more use a 50% deposit today, 50% before launch. Recurring items (Care Plans, SEO retainers) bill the first month today, then monthly.
What's a Discovery Session, and is the fee wasted if I don't book a project?
No — it’s a genuine 90-minute working session for €120, and the fee is credited in full against any project you order within 60 days. If you don’t go ahead, you still leave with a written scope and estimate.
Do your prices include IVA?
No — every price shown is net, marked "+ IVA." IVA (23% on mainland Portugal) is added as its own line at checkout.
What if I cancel a Discovery Session or a kickoff call?
Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, a 50% fee applies (€60 on the Discovery Session).
What happens to my deposit if I cancel a project?
Before kickoff, and at least 24 hours before it, a full refund. After kickoff, the deposit is retained against work already done, valued against published milestones, with any excess refunded.
Can I buy as a business and reclaim IVA?
Yes — enter your VAT number at checkout. Invoicing itself happens outside the site, through our certified invoicing software.
