Do you really show every price?
Yes. Every package on every service page and on the Pricing page shows its price, excluding IVA. When a project is genuinely bespoke — like a large custom store — we say so and quote it separately.
What happens after I check out?
You get an order confirmation by e-mail with your reference, and we e-mail within 1 business day to confirm your kickoff week.
Do I own the finished site?
Yes. Once your project is paid in full, you own the domain, the code and the content — no lock-in to keep working with us.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Book a Discovery Session (€120, credited in full against any project within 60 days). You’ll leave with a written scope and estimate.
Is my site written in Portuguese, or translated?
Both — written independently in English and European Portuguese, not machine-translated from one to the other.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
On a Care Plan, we respond within the time stated for your tier (same business day on Priority). Without a plan, you can still reach us — we just can’t guarantee a response time.
