Recupera Physiotherapy Clinic: a site built for bookings, not brochures
Brief
Recupera is a physiotherapy clinic with two practitioners, previously running on a free website-builder page that hadn’t been touched in three years. Booking happened entirely by phone, and the site didn’t even list current opening hours correctly. When a competing clinic opened nearby with a modern site, Recupera wanted more than a redesign — they wanted people to book without calling first.
Approach
We built the Business tier as a bookings-first site, not a brochure: a clear services structure, a booking-oriented contact flow, and a dedicated landing page for a seasonal offer (sports-injury check-ups), launched two weeks after the main site. SEO followed, targeting searches specific to physiotherapy in Braga in both languages, since a share of Recupera’s patients are English-speaking residents.
