How a project runs

Before week 1
Discover
We start with a working session — a Discovery Session, if you haven’t already had one — to define scope, content sources and budget.
Deliverables: A written scope and fixed price, a project timeline, a content checklist.
What we need from you: Your goals for the project, any existing brand material, and examples of sites or work you like.

Weeks 1–3, depending on package
Design
Wireframes first, then visual design, reviewed with you at each stage.
Deliverables: Wireframes, then a full visual design for approval.
What we need from you: Feedback within a few business days at each review, and your final copy (or a decision to add Copywriting).

The bulk of the timeline
Build
Development, content loading and testing across devices.
Deliverables: A working build ready for review, then final testing.
What we need from you: Approval of the design before build starts, and access to any accounts we need (domain, analytics).
04
Final days, then ongoing
Launch & Care
Go-live on your domain, full handover of code and content, and your Care Plan starting if you’ve chosen one.
Deliverables: The live site, full ownership handover.
What we need from you: The balance payment if your package used a deposit, DNS access if we’re not managing it, and a decision on a Care Plan.

Frequently asked questions
How many revision rounds do I get?
Two rounds of feedback per design stage are included; further rounds are scoped as a small extra so timelines stay predictable.
What if I'm slow to give feedback?
Timelines assume feedback within a few business days of each review. Slower feedback shifts the launch date by the same amount, not the price.
Do I need to be in Braga?
No — every stage works by video call and shared files. The Braga studio is available in person if you prefer.
What happens after launch?
If you’ve added a Care Plan, hosting, updates and backups start immediately; otherwise, launch is when we hand over the domain, code and content.
Is there a warranty after launch?
Yes — a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty covers anything that isn’t working as built.
