Refund & Cancellation Policy

Calls (Discovery Session and kickoff calls)

You can cancel or reschedule a Discovery Session or a project kickoff call free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancelling within 24 hours, or not attending, carries a fee of 50% of that item’s price: €60 on a €120 Discovery Session, or a €60 fee added to your next invoice for a kickoff call included in a package.

Discovery Session credit

The €120 Discovery Session fee is credited in full against any project you order within 60 days of the session.

Deposits on one-off packages

Cancel before your kickoff call, and at least 24 hours before it: full refund of your deposit.

Cancel after kickoff: your deposit is retained against work already done, valued against these published milestones — discovery & direction: 20% of the package price; design approved: 50% of the package price. Any part of your deposit beyond the value of work done is refunded.

We cancel your project: full refund of everything you’ve paid for work not yet delivered.

Recurring services (Care Plans, SEO retainers)

Care Plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. SEO retainers have a 3-month minimum term, then can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Partial months aren’t refunded.

Items paid in full

Items paid in full at checkout (Launch Page, Logo & Starter Kit, UX Audit, Design Hours, SEO Audit, add-ons) follow the consumer right of withdrawal below where it applies; the deposit rules above don’t apply, since there’s no deposit involved.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.

Right of withdrawal (consumers) — Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014

If you’re buying as an individual for personal use, you have 14 days from the date of your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. If you ask us to start work within that period, you’ll be asked to give explicit consent to an early start; if you then withdraw, you’ll pay an amount proportionate to the work already carried out, and you lose the right to withdraw entirely once the service has been fully performed with your consent.
